Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: yo how’s it going so I’m on day 20 of my no fat Challenge and how’s it going what has it done for me well I know there’s some big differences and I got three Bitcoins for y’all today so first off is I am I got my mental state is clear I guess you can call it mental Clarity um but it what I’m talking about is like I find myself just you know at a calmer State you know common state which leads to being more confident so I’m not really overthinking situations I’m not really putting too much thought and things that don’t really need that much thought and I find myself being more focused also because of this I’m also like making bigger life decisions so you can call it more decisive making bigger life decisions that’s like gonna really affect a lot of my life and like I’m really finding out really tackling down these big questions that like what do I want to do in my life what is my mission what what do I want to leave this Earth doing and how do I want to remember and stuff like that and I really am starting to tackle these questions and really give a specific setting Stone answers for these and second is I want to talk about work ethic and motivation so they kind of tying together but I find myself being motivated from a pure place within me I find myself like being motivated from gratitude and not just like motivated just because I don’t want something to happen I’m kind of motivated because of what I want to do in the world and just what I want to bring to my life so it’s more of a motivation based on gratitude and it’s a it feels great um it’s really it brings passion in my life I feel like I’m starting to realize what real passion is um I had I had I have passions that I’m passionate about so it’s not like I was completely ignorant what passion was but it’s just like with this I’m starting to like realize what a strong sense of passion where you just live in a passionate life day in and day out every day where you won’t have to but you want to jump up off your bed you know like that type of passion I’m starting to really feel that and that’s a great benefit that that it it helps me in so many ways just you know getting my work done I am a college student right now so it’s like I know what I want to do and like I’m getting my work done but no problem you know straight up stop procrastinating and stuff like that and then third is I’m really starting to realize how much I am in love with femininity like I’ll be talking to girls and like testing my mom be like dang like some some just like be like dang like you really are breathtaking like your your energy I don’t really say this I mean I might start saying it now but I really feel that energy now and it’s like I feel like I’m talking to Morty that’s still really feeling like who they is what they stand for you know how they carry themselves the whole aspect of a girl I really enjoyed this conversations the small things and I’m really loving it um you know that’s one of my favorite Parts about this right now and then a side note is um I feel like if you feel like you’re like missing or lacking something most likely you’re insecure about things I feel like this is a journey for you because I feel like this really kind of like makes you a man it makes you a man not just makes you a man because you automatically go become a Man based on your body but I’m saying like this actually makes you like a man with like a force like a man to be like reckoned with like a dude with passion a dual revision even you have these because I I also had them before I started the journey but I’m saying it increased it’s like I’m finding ways to just pushing my vision all around my life so every aspect of my life is getting better just because it is one challenge that I’m doing so I mean to me it makes no sense why anybody wouldn’t try it but that’s just my personal opinion because it is one thing makes a big old waterfall effect of just other great things that as a dude that you want to see in yourself like increasing motivation work ethic you know more focused more outgoing more energy within you I mean I feel great like I feel great like I didn’t take nothing like no no drugs I just feel great just Within Myself just because I love who I am and I love what I’m doing I’m loved that I’m chasing my goals I’m chasing my vision I’m chasing my passion so if I can do that every day that’s great for me and one thing that I would just also like to say as a site no I’m really focusing on just building a lifestyle just a lifestyle I’ve been really into four hour work week and I’m also been looking into Tai Lopez stuff he talks a lot about that but as them being a young man building my future I feel like that’s the main thing I want to focus on working on lifestyle that I want for myself and you know I just wanted to throw that out there but I mean this journey has been amazing and I’m only on day 20 I’m just scratching the
