occasional cupcake or muffin whatever you guys want to have time to time started taking care of my hygiene a lot more see even though if some days I was off and I would be at home this is before the coronavirus and now even during the coronavirus I still take care of my hygiene a lot I try to trim my beard properly I give myself haircuts I try to always work out at home I just I put on moisturizer all these things because that makes me feel a lot better and a lot more secure with myself a lot of guys may not need that a lot of guys may definitely need that I’m the guy who wants and I want to do it because it makes me feel more confident myself if you guys ever feel that you feel very down with some days and you just woke up you don’t feel like doing anything how about you guys on that day and something that would actually help you get off your ass is knowing that erectile dysfunction is actually a big factor when it comes to not exercising pretty much everything that I
