Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: Masturbation itself is a generally misunderstood subject especially because it is associated with a lot of misconceptions, stigma, superstitions and taboo., When it all comes together, people are confused if it is okay, not okay, how many times is okay and have all kinds of questions related to it. So today we will be discussing about male masturbation and its benefits, disadvantages, what is no fap, is it true that no fap works, what is conscious sexuality etc. Last year so many people had contacted me on Instagram asking- what is no fap, is no fap right etc., so I shared some literature & studies. So, I was thinking & searching for a person who handled human psychology and sexuality equally, who could understand the guilt and shame a person felt too.. Then I found a person on Instagram Eric Sprankle who is a clinical psychologist, licensed sex therapist and also a professor and a researcher at Minesotta State University. It is info researched by people like him that we are often quote as , evidence based, empirical data and say ‘data suggests’…. I am adding few things Dr Sprankle said. I spoke about this background to let you know from where am I referring these information/data from. what is happening physiologically in our body? When a penis owner self-pleasures whats going on? Now let s get started First lets understand in male masturbation- Initially you should get sexual stimulation for sexual arousal to happen. So now, what stimulates a person is their partner/ their thought/ what they see? / What they read… Anything can be a stimulation Second, after sexual stimulation, sexual arousal will be the next thing happening, then there is a gush of blood flow to a person s sexual organs. So, what I used to quote as an example in my Intimacy classed would be, like when food is the stimulation, a person s digestive system gets stimulated, that secretes digestive enzymes, and digestive juices.. Likewise, the same way sexual stimulation will lead to sexual arousal with a lot of activities like increase in blood flow, BP, heart beat rate, and they start sweating. Mainly, what we are going to focus now is not about sexual experience but about the process of masturbation/ self-pleasuring. We are going to talk only about Genitals. So there is blood flow towards penis, the blood vessels get dilated, blood then the penis that was flaccid, gets erect. This is called Erection. When there is more sexual stimulation be it any kind stimulation like partner/ their thought/ what you see / What you read / Even by your own hands/ even by pillow. brain send some msgs to the lower back, where we have our pelvic floor, which leads to a muscular contraction With continued penile stimulation there is a Spinal cord reflex that s takes place by which So, this rhythmic muscular contraction is what we often call orgasm/ sexual peak/ sexual energy release. One main thing you have to know is Orgasm is totally different from ejaculation, they both are two different processes. But mostly these two takes places at a same time so we think its the same bit both are different processes. What is happening during ejaculation? Right under the penis there is Scrotum. Testicles is found inside Scrotum; the main duty of this testicles is to produce sperms. Epididymis is a part where all the mature sperms are stored which is right next to Testicles. Ejaculation is a process where these matured sperms from Epididymis travels through vas deferens to prostate gland and seminal vesicles to collect the fluids from there and gets released through urethra. So, we need to understand that the orgasm/ sexual stimulation/ ejaculation which takes I am explaining all these science terms is for you to understand that nothing is directly ejaculated from testicles, but to explain that this is quite a long process. Again, am adding, Orgasm is one process and Ejaculation is another different process, because most of us think that these both are same as these both things take place at the same time for most of the people. So, after sexual stimulation all these other processes happen one after the other. How does this sexual stimulation happen? With the other vagina, with an anus, with somebody s mouth or own hands or pillow. places with the partner is exactly the same which takes place in masturbation/ self-pleasuring also. The reason behind this is our brain wont be able to differentiate if that person is with a partner/ getting self-pleasured. Hence these both processes are same either psychologically and also neuro-chemically. We can discuss about why this is shamed or why self pleasuring is considered wrong by a vast majority So, I m concluding this video here. A short moral of this video is, If it s okay to have partnered sex/ sexual intercourse / or experience orgasm & ejaculation everyday, then it is also okay to masturbate/ self-pleasure everyday because acc to the body, both are the same. stay tuned .
