Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: More and more men are falling in love with AI girlfriends and chat bots. Sounds futuristic. Well, it’s happening right now. But the problem is your brain wasn’t built for fake love. Every time you bond with AI, your neurochemistry is being hijacked, making it difficult to create real intimacy in your life. I’m Dr. Trish Lee and today I’m exposing the brain trap of AI relationships. AI doesn’t give you intimacy. It sells you an illusion. Here’s a tricky new trend. AI girlfriends or companions, chat bots, even virtual reality partners. These apps are everywhere. Men are texting, texting, and even professing love to these avatars. It feels real because your brain responds to interaction even when it’s fake. But here’s the danger. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between bonding with a real life partner or a chatbot. The same dopamine and oxytocin systems fire. But instead of building connection, they’re being miswired for fantasy. Let’s talk about the neuroscience dangers. Danger number one, the oxytocin hijack. Oxytocin is the bonding chemical. They call it the chemical of love, lust, and labor, like giving birth. It’s the chemical that’s released when you hold hands, when you make eye contact, when you kiss, when you have sex with a real partner. It’s the neurochemical glue that creates trust, bonding, connection, and love in healthy relationships. In real intimacy, oxytocin creates safety, and love between you and your partner. It reinforces the connection. It tells your brain, « This person matters. Stay close. Build trust. » But with AI girlfriends, oxytocin is being spent on pixels, not on people. Every time you open the app or every time the chatbot tells you, « I missed you. » Your brain fires off that oxytocin for connection, but in a distorted way. It thinks you’re bonding with a human. The problem, you’re actually bonding with an illusion. Over time, your brain builds an emotional connection to fantasy. So then when you try to build connection to a real life partner, it feels flat, boring, maybe even frustrating. The bonding won’t happen. It’s less satisfying. This is because your brain has linked safety and love to a script, not to a soul. Neuroscience danger number two, dopamine desensitization. Every new response, every notification from your AI girlfriend, it spikes your dopamine. You think to yourself, what will she say next? It’s kind of like that slot machine. Your brain’s looking for the reward. In this way, your brain becomes miswired to love in an unpredictable way. This is why gambling is so addictive. It’s because the possibility of the next win is actually more enticing than knowing what you’re going to get. AI girlfriends use the same trick. Every new message is a win. Every new emoji hits the jackpot. But here’s the problem. The more you consume, the more your brain adapts. It’s actually a male adaptation, meaning not healthy for you. Dopamine receptors downregulate. They become less sensitive over time. This is called desensitization. And just like with porn, that’s why real conversations with real people begin to feel too slow for you. They’re messier. They have pauses. They don’t hit all the time. They start to feel boring. Your brain has been retrained to expect constant stimulation. It needs instant gratification and reality can’t keep up. Neuroscience danger number three, desensualization and relationship decay. When your bonding and reward systems are linked to AI, your real life relationships take the hit. Emotional intimacy feels flat. Physical intimacy feels disconnected. And worse, your brain begins to prefer the simplicity of AI love opposed to the complexity of realworld human connection. That’s how men get trapped. Choosing fantasy over reality until they prefer it. They don’t know how to connect anymore. AI isn’t making love easier. It’s making real love impossible. The real cost of AI is that it’s turning people invisible. This is the heartbreaking part. As AI gets more convincing, men are withdrawing from friends, from family, from their partners. The brain pathways meant for human intimacy are being rerouted to machines. Real people begin to feel like strangers. When chat bots begin to feel like home, here’s the hope. Your brain can rewire through neuroplasticity. Those same circuits that are being hijacked can be restored and renewed. So this is what it means. This is what must be done. Number one, remove over stimulation. The first step is to cut the artificial input. time to break up with the AI companion. Because every single time you go back to check, you’re reinforcing those neural pathways that are taking you away from real life intimacy. You’re reinforcing the circuits that keep you stuck. Removing the overstimulation gives your brain the space to reset. It’s like quitting energy drinks. At first, you feel tired, but as your body detoxes, you can feel yourself becoming energized and you can run on real fuel again. The first step isn’t easy, but it’s essential. No reset without the removal. Number two, retrain arousal and bonding. Next, you need to retrain your arousal pathways to connect with real people again. At first, it might feel flat or awkward, but this is part of the process. It’s the reensitizing of the dopamine and the oxytocin systems in your brain. They are coming back online. It’s your brain recalibrating. The more you engage with real intimacy, conversation, touch, connection, your brain learns that this is where the bonding is with the people, not the pixels. Number three, restore preffrontal control. Finally, as your brain heals, the preffrontal cortex, that control center in your brain, it strengthens. That means that you rebuild willpower, focus, the ability to choose over being driven by compulsions. Now you want connection, not cravings. And guess what? You’re back in the driver’s seat. Remove, retrain, restore. With the right steps, you can rebuild your brain and life for true authentic connections. the ones that give you real love, not fake comfort. I would love to get the conversation going in the comments. Do you think AI girlfriends or companions are going to become the new norm? AI girlfriends are designed for addiction, but technology can be used to heal, too. In my brain mapping program, I have seen thousands of brains that have been miswired for fake connection. I’ve also seen these brains rewire towards realworld intimacy and connection. You can go to my website drtchishlee.com to check out the brain mapping program. 0.24 More and more men are falling in love
2.639 with AI girlfriends and chat bots.
6.319 Sounds futuristic. Well, it’s happening
9.92 right now. But the problem is your brain
13.759 wasn’t built for fake love. Every time
16.88 you bond with AI, your neurochemistry is
20.96 being hijacked, making it difficult to
24.08 create real intimacy in your life. I’m
27.279 Dr. Trish Lee and today I’m exposing the
31.119 brain trap of AI relationships. AI
34.559 doesn’t give you intimacy. It sells you
38.0 an illusion. Here’s a tricky new trend.
42.079 AI girlfriends or companions, chat bots,
46.239 even virtual reality partners. These
49.92 apps are everywhere. Men are texting,
54.64 texting, and even professing love to
57.92 these avatars. It feels real because
61.68 your brain responds to interaction even
66.0 when it’s fake. But here’s the danger.
68.799 Your brain doesn’t know the difference
71.439 between bonding with a real life partner
74.32 or a chatbot. The same dopamine and
77.52 oxytocin systems fire. But instead of
81.04 building connection, they’re being
83.2 miswired for fantasy. Let’s talk about
86.32 the neuroscience dangers. Danger number
89.2 one, the oxytocin hijack. Oxytocin is
93.04 the bonding chemical. They call it the
95.68 chemical of love, lust, and labor, like
99.2 giving birth. It’s the chemical that’s
101.92 released when you hold hands, when you
104.479 make eye contact, when you kiss, when
107.68 you have sex with a real partner. It’s
110.799 the neurochemical glue that creates
114.079 trust, bonding, connection, and love in
118.159 healthy relationships. In real intimacy,
121.68 oxytocin creates safety, and love
125.119 between you and your partner. It
126.96 reinforces the connection. It tells your
129.44 brain, « This person matters. Stay close.
134.08 Build trust. » But with AI girlfriends,
137.04 oxytocin is being spent on pixels, not
141.599 on people. Every time you open the app
144.48 or every time the chatbot tells you, « I
147.92 missed you. » Your brain fires off that
151.28 oxytocin for connection, but in a
154.0 distorted way. It thinks you’re bonding
156.4 with a human. The problem, you’re
158.8 actually bonding with an illusion. Over
162.72 time, your brain builds an emotional
166.319 connection to fantasy. So then when you
170.08 try to build connection to a real life
172.56 partner, it feels flat, boring, maybe
175.76 even frustrating. The bonding won’t
178.8 happen. It’s less satisfying. This is
182.0 because your brain has linked safety and
187.12 love to a script, not to a soul.
191.92 Neuroscience danger number two, dopamine
195.36 desensitization.
197.04 Every new response, every notification
200.56 from your AI girlfriend, it spikes your
203.92 dopamine. You think to yourself, what
207.12 will she say next? It’s kind of like
209.519 that slot machine. Your brain’s looking
212.08 for the reward. In this way, your brain
214.799 becomes miswired to love in an
218.64 unpredictable way. This is why gambling
221.84 is so addictive. It’s because the
225.2 possibility of the next win is actually
229.28 more enticing than knowing what you’re
232.0 going to get. AI girlfriends use the
234.799 same trick. Every new message is a win.
239.92 Every new emoji hits the jackpot. But
243.2 here’s the problem. The more you
245.36 consume, the more your brain adapts.
248.48 It’s actually a male adaptation, meaning
251.84 not healthy for you. Dopamine receptors
254.799 downregulate.
256.56 They become less sensitive over time.
259.84 This is called desensitization. And just
262.479 like with porn, that’s why real
264.8 conversations with real people begin to
268.16 feel too slow for you. They’re messier.
271.759 They have pauses. They don’t hit all the
275.04 time. They start to feel boring. Your
278.4 brain has been retrained to expect
282.24 constant stimulation. It needs instant
285.759 gratification and reality can’t keep up.
289.199 Neuroscience danger number three,
291.919 desensualization
293.919 and relationship decay. When your
296.32 bonding and reward systems are linked to
299.6 AI, your real life relationships take
303.199 the hit. Emotional intimacy feels flat.
306.72 Physical intimacy feels disconnected.
309.919 And worse, your brain begins to prefer
314.08 the simplicity of AI love opposed to the
318.96 complexity of realworld human
321.919 connection. That’s how men get trapped.
324.96 Choosing fantasy over reality until they
329.68 prefer it. They don’t know how to
331.12 connect anymore. AI isn’t making love
334.96 easier. It’s making real love
337.919 impossible. The real cost of AI is that
341.039 it’s turning people invisible. This is
344.16 the heartbreaking part. As AI gets more
348.8 convincing, men are withdrawing from
352.16 friends, from family, from their
354.56 partners. The brain pathways meant for
358.16 human intimacy are being rerouted to
361.759 machines. Real people begin to feel like
365.12 strangers. When chat bots begin to feel
368.319 like home, here’s the hope. Your brain
371.36 can rewire through neuroplasticity.
374.96 Those same circuits that are being
376.72 hijacked can be restored and renewed. So
381.6 this is what it means. This is what must
384.639 be done. Number one, remove over
387.919 stimulation. The first step is to cut
390.4 the artificial input. time to break up
393.759 with the AI companion. Because every
396.8 single time you go back to check, you’re
400.4 reinforcing those neural pathways that
403.28 are taking you away from real life
405.36 intimacy. You’re reinforcing the
407.68 circuits that keep you stuck. Removing
410.4 the overstimulation
412.319 gives your brain the space to reset.
415.199 It’s like quitting energy drinks. At
417.919 first, you feel tired, but as your body
420.96 detoxes, you can feel yourself becoming
424.319 energized and you can run on real fuel
427.039 again. The first step isn’t easy, but
430.639 it’s essential. No reset without the
434.4 removal. Number two, retrain arousal and
438.16 bonding. Next, you need to retrain your
441.12 arousal pathways to connect with real
443.759 people again. At first, it might feel
446.319 flat or awkward, but this is part of the
450.24 process. It’s the reensitizing of the
453.28 dopamine and the oxytocin systems in
456.16 your brain. They are coming back online.
459.28 It’s your brain recalibrating. The more

476.96 three, restore preffrontal control.
480.56 Finally, as your brain heals, the
483.919 preffrontal cortex, that control center
