so far weeks 3 to four more confidence and emotional stability less desire to waste excessive time browsing the internet and playing video games stronger and healthier attraction to women stronger richer voice less social awkwardness more desire to be around people the fog seemed to lift off of my life day-to-day life began seeming more interesting week five Flatline started no sex drive or sexual attraction ction to women this actually helped me avoid [ __ ] confidence dropped temporarily but came back after a few days earlier benefits stayed week six stronger desire to exercise better able to maintain an exercise routine feeling stronger and noticing increased endurance less attraction and addiction to sugary junk food more energy in general for day-to-day life stronger desire to make the most of free time and spend time Outdoors week seven huge increasing motivation procrastinating day-to-day chores far less becoming more neat and organized mind feels sharper and clearer better able to stay focused on tasks week eight present I’m still in the Flatline but all of the other benefits are still going strong I still have occasional emotional loads but they are less frequent and go away faster especially if I exercise I am really looking forward to my libido coming back to where it was around week 3 to 4 hopefully that will happen in the next week or two I can easily say that the beginning of this noap journey has been one of the most important decisions I have made in my life if your current situation resembles of my preap life I encourage you to quit porn and fapping it’s tough at first but it will make your life vastly better my main strategy for getting this far has been to avoid the situations when I would normally be most tempted such as when I’m alone on my computer I also noticed that other activities such as playing certain video games and eating sugary junk food seem to stimulate my brain in similar ways to porn and increase my desire for and psychiatrists for the last 8 years have been diagnosed with depression severe General ized social anxiety disorder severe memory impairment and a few others have been on several medications such as and here he names a number of different medications which I’m not going to mention in this video but they are you know the typical anxiety and anti-depressant drugs and he continues quote I dropped twice out of different colleges I’ve been fired twice gotten a DUI I’ve done tons of to try to calm down my social anxiety I got approached by quite a few women I guess due to my looks and status but they quickly flew away due to my incredible weirdness I never quite understood women sexual wise and lately it has been getting worse and worse unquote and then after 60 days he says quote it has been very difficult but so far incredibly worth it I’ve since quit all my medications weed alcohol and tobacco is next on my list my anxiety is nonexistent my memory and focus is sharp as it has never been and I feel like a huge chick magnet my Ed is gone too I seriously think I had a rebirth a second chance at life unquote now this was just a short quote from his whole story but oh man just this part alone makes me feel all warm inside because well just look at how his life took a complete one80 turn just by giving up the porn and perhaps some of you recognized The Last Story here from Gary
