And this video um as you can see by the title is going to be about my experience in this 2-month period and how I’ve been feeling so far, how everything has been going so far. And I just want to start off with the um mental effects. I feel much much much much better. I feel way more calm and the positivity that I feel when I think of my future is tremendously better than what I used to feel when I was constantly fapping every single day or every other day. There is not even a comparison. I It’s like before it was all doom and gloom. Before I felt like my life was going into the gutter, but now I feel as though my life is constantly improving. Like I am constantly um on the road to improvement. And paradoxically, even back then when I did have this overwhelming feeling of my life going into the gutter, I always kept a sense of hope. And that is something you still do not want to lose even if you are in the act of masturbating every single day or you know very often. You don’t want to lose that and that’s something I’ve talked about my my in my previous videos that you you don’t want to you don’t want to get rid of that. If you are doing PMO every day, my advice to you is have the goal of stopping while at the same time don’t beat yourself up over pmoing because that’s the last thing you want to do. And I’ve also talked about this before that, you know, when you’re beating yourself up, that’s the that’s the prime ingredient to you relapsing again. It’s like your mind’s way of tricking you into relapsing. Let’s say after a wet dream, um you start beating yourself up. Oh my god, I had a wet dream. let me just go relapse anyway. That’s the mind telling like tricking you to go relapse. So I want I just want you to understand that um being hard on yourself is the worst thing you can do on this journey probably even worse than the PMO itself in a way because it keeps you in that loop in that cycle. But if you are approaching PMO with a different mindset, if you’re saying, « Okay, I’m a male. You know, I have these primal urges and desires, and if I do fall into PMO, if I do masturbate, that’s okay because, you know, this is this is natural to my this human condition. But I am actively trying to transcend these addictions and I am going to be actively doing that. If I do relapse, that’s fine. I’m I’m just going to try again. I’m just going to stand up and keep walking again. And that’s the mindset that you want to have on semen retention. That is the mindset that will not only actually let you win against fapping, but pretty much everything else in life. This sort of um like I’m trying I’m doing, but I’m also indifferent to the outcome. Like I’m not really attached on the outcome. Let’s say I relapse like multiple times, but I still keep trying to get rid of the addiction and and I like, God forbid, and I die. To me, I will I will still die satisfied knowing that at least I tried. So, have that sort of a mindset. It will really, really, really help you on this journey. Now, back to the point. I feel like I got a little carried away. Back to the point. So, I feel amazing. I I do feel great. Um there are hardships you know there are times where I’m not feeling as great but that is normal. Um some people talk about flatline and which is like a period of time where you don’t really feel like your energy levels just like just drop and you you like for a certain period of time which can last like a few weeks to like maybe a month you feel like utter [ __ ] Um I haven’t had that yet. And um I know I might have it. I I hope I don’t. But if I do have it, something really important is to also know that no matter what I’m what you’re feeling on the inside, what emotional baggage that you’re carrying or whatever turmoil that you’re going through, always have that centeredness within yourself, that groundedness that will carry you throughout all the turmoil. And in a way, it’s a state of meditation. Let’s say all you’re getting all these urges, you know, all these thoughts and feelings telling you to go open up that website and masturbate, but you’re being centered within yourself. You’re not you’re not falling to those urges. You’re not listening to them and you’re just like still and just really feeling and breathing in those urges and you’re just really just basking in yourself. That is a meditation. So on this journey you will actually like even if you don’t really know how to meditate you will end up meditating right if you’re really not if you’re being truthful to yourself and others and you’re you know you’re not really like fapping right when those hard like know when those urges are coming or you’re not edging which is something we don’t want to do then you are going to be meditating like you’re going to have no other option but to meditate on this journey whether you like it or not if you are being serious about it. So, that’s something you should expect. Other than that, let’s talk about Oh, you already know what I’m going to talk about. A lot of guy a lot of the guys watching this are probably going to know what what I’m about to talk about now. Female attraction. Okay. You thought you were going to get away with it. No, we’re not. Okay. Female attraction. How is the female attraction? I’ll be very honest. I’ve never particularly had issues interacting with girls or getting attention, per se. So, I haven’t necessarily like noticed like, oh, crazy female like attention or attraction like just out of nowhere. Like I I’ve always been like pretty cool with girls, I guess. Um although there are anxieties there, but I think that’s natural with every guy our age, you know? I haven’t necessarily noticed girls like in in the physical just coming up to me and being like, « Oh my god, like you’re hot. Let me get your number. » Like I haven’t really like noticed that. You know, maybe I will in the future of this journey, but you know, that’s not what I’m doing this for. But I’ve noticed girls um online like some some girls who I haven’t spoken to in a while just randomly start hitting me up, right? Um none of my none of my like exes or like one of the most one of the more serious situationships I had before, like they haven’t hit me up, at least not yet. Um some of them I hope not. But I’ve had some girls I just haven’t spoken to in a while randomly start hitting me up. Um, like for example, a girl who wasn’t really like looking at me in that way randomly started hitting me up and just talking to me like like I know I know what girls sound like when they when they’re like kind of into you and like kind of started talking to me that way and I was like, « Wait a second, this is a little different. » So, um, yeah, I guess that’s one of the effects. And by the way, like um I just want to clarify, I’m not doing this for girls. Like, sure, there’s a part of me that still wants that because again, I’m a dude, right? And that that’s literally what I’m trying to transcend. But yeah, it like female attraction isn’t the thing that I’m doing this for. Um, what I’m doing this for, again, just to clarify, is to eventually transcend these sexual urges altogether for when I leave this life. I want to have as least attachment as I can to this plane of existence or this reality. Like I don’t want to be attached to this reality um that much. And you’re probably hearing um some screaming in the background that that’s my family. That’s what I have to deal with for now until I move out. And stay tuned for that. Wondering like, « Oh, why is your voice like a little deeper? » And like Raspberry all of a sudden, okay, listen buddy, like I just woke up, okay? Like just take it easy. All right, man. Whatever. So, man, I feel like I’m yapping so much. Am I yapping so like I I don’t care. I’m going to yap. I’m going to keep yapping. Okay. Some of y’all are going to like that, some of y’all not. But those who those of you who won’t like that, deal with it. Yeah. So, you’re you’re going to have intense energy. Um you’re going to have increased attraction, right? I’ve noticed that sort of in a way. Um but don’t just do it for that. Trust me. Don’t just don’t just do it for that or else this journey won’t last for you that much I don’t think. Um and yeah just good energy just more confidence um and just better overall mood and drive you know I’m more driven to do things. One of one of the thing that I want to mention is um on this journey I’ve literally I my room was already clean. Like I’ve always cleaned my room but like I just went like steps ahead to really like micromanage everything that is in my room. Like I reorganized everything. I took things that I didn’t need from my room like out of my room. So that way everything that is in my room I have a use for. I know about. So nothing is just hanging around that I don’t need. And I think that is a direct reflection of what is actually starting to like happen in my mind. like the things that I don’t really need to be thinking about or entertaining, I’m starting to really just like detached from that and uh refocus my attention to the things that are serving me. So that’s like another thing that I have noticed on this journey and I think that’s actually a direct correlation to what people talk about like when people talk about manifestation for example refocusing your attention to the thing that you want to be manifesting just like directing your attention to that and holding your attention to that for like a prolonged period of time. And I’m still a newbie to manifestation although according to manifestation I shouldn’t say that. I should say oh I’m I’m I’m the best at manifesting. So, you know what? Let’s just say that, you know, I’m I’m amazing at manifesting. You’re amazing at manifesting and you are amazing on this journey on of semen retention and you’re doing great and you’re going to keep doing great and just keep telling yourself that. Those of us who do want to transcend, who are taking this seriously, we are going to transcend it. Um, know it to be true within your heart, within your being. Um, don’t waver from that. Like, literally know it to be true. Don’t believe it. Know it to be true and it will be true and it is true. So, yeah, that’s pretty much the end of that, you know.
