retention due to a buildup of energy that leaves you restless at night so your number one solution is going to be energy expenditure which means working out during the day that could be taking cold showers at night that can be meditating you know i’m saying do things that actually relax you after they intensify you if that makes any sense so during the morning this is how i start my day every day 5 30 a.m it’s a wake-up call go to right to the gym have at least 45 minutes to one hour of either push poor legs right after that i go right to work where i tax my brain all day in the office as a senior accountant right after i get out the office i go back to the gym do some stretching or do mobility in my house from the comfort of my home after that i set a nice magnesium epson salt bath to relax the muscles the mind and almost put myself in a tranquil state followed by that i do meditation prayer and i read for about 20 minutes um since quarantine reading has become more of a daily um part of my routine and regimen on a daily basis once more because i used to hate reading so i started with five pages started about one chapter and now i do about two to three chapters on a daily basis and one sitting so these things all tax the brain they tax the body so i do things for physical of course spiritual with the relaxation with the epsom salt bath you know i’m saying the prey is the meditation and um the reading for the mental and the spiritual because a lot of people in life they don’t know a key this is a little off topic when it comes to the things for when you’re restless and you have almost insomnia due to the high energy that semen retention provides you with is um empathy it’s very easy to be empathetic when you read fictional books which means you’re reading about other people’s struggles in life if that makes sense so you could relate to them books put you in somebody else’s shoes when you’re in somebody’s else’s shoes you actually give yourself the ability to really understand what they’re going through what they’re talking about you could be somewhere in in kansas and read about somebody who lives in japan bali um china back in 1950s you could time travel you film me so it gives you access to so many other avenues that you would not have easily accessibility to the reason why you are never tired at night is because you’re lazy you don’t do enough to actually provide yourself enough of a stimulus to be tired you need to start taking more advantage of your days the 24 hours you are given each day should not be wasted if you are wasting your whole day and by 10 o’clock you understand i’m gonna be up to three in the morning that is not a good feeling right now it is 804 i am exhausted because i know literally 15 hours ago i was getting up to start my day when you start your day early generally you are more tired early it is hard for me to be on day 37 it is hard for me to you know have a certain type of you know one meal a day very calorie partitioned type of lifestyle and feel like i have this much energy at night it is impossible because i access so much energy i create um a lifestyle that i want to be health well-being and um optimization lee focus for my longevity in life so if you have never tried epsom salt and taking a bath with warm to hot water you are missing out this is what i’ve been doing the past three days and when i say i leave that bath with so much serenity so much peace and grace and i do not want to do much but sleep i sometimes start dozing off in that bathtub to be honest with you and um that’s through the relaxation you know what i’m saying if you’ve tried yoga before at the end of yoga after you go through all the different postures and holds they usually have you do a state where you sit there with your hands you know obviously on your diaphragm one on your stomach inhalation exhalation you do that several times before you know it you’re being tapped on you come back to reality they’re like oh class ended not too long ago you could leave because that state of relaxation you crank up the intensity you do certain holds you know or your pose so many things that have your lungs really working at a a rate that is um a productivity you feel me your muscles are working activated they’re engaged so after all of that work which is the same thing at 5 30 in the morning you then would go through the process of relaxation winding down period which is what we usually do at the end breathing deeply and almost falling into your spirit you become one accord with your mind body and spirit and you get into a deep tranquil um type of meditative state when you’re in that state that is when you begin to know what true peace and um exhaustion feels like so that being said don’t get discouraged and don’t use that as a reason to not to continuously retention i can’t sleep so i’m about to go beat off that’s weakness if you’re doing one discipline why would you give yourself another excuse to relapse on that discipline no discipline in one area should force you to have discipline in another area if you can’t sleep do things that will force you to sleep maybe if they start doing push-ups maybe you have too much energy that is not being channeled that seeming energy is providing you start journaling start writing things down start using your creativity muscles and um endurance you feel me you have to tax that energy system because when your energy system is depleted that is when you can sleep peacefully that being said like comment subscribe comment down below what you want
