danger is obscured i must step back and observe this entire game from a vantage point of higher consciousness oh i don’t need to be afraid anymore because all i’ve been dealing with is my own mental projections ah this is great news you see this kind of clarity and this kind of clear seeing in thinking is precisely the reward of giving up pornography because the fog in your mind finally begins to clear and what you are left with is the truth this clear seeing perhaps more than anything will motivate you to break free and to not touch pornography perhaps ever again one final strategy that i want to leave you with to alleviate some of your anxiety is to become a very conscious person you can become more conscious by practicing daily meditation daily yoga and daily contemplation or even
