hoodie and went outside five like after walking for like literally 5 minutes the urge is gone i don’t want to fap anymore but I had like I had the urge like I want Yeah I wanted like I wanted to I had the urge to fap i didn’t want to fap but I had the urge to relapse but I use this step this tactic which is which I think is maybe the most powerful because literally destroying the kind of like going against the the urge and does that make sense like the urge comes and and you say [ __ ] it and boom and you go outside the urge chases you but you run away but you run away and it stops chasing you because you you’re running so so fast and it’s going so this is how it goes you do something physical instead of try like instead of doing this physical thing in your own room so let’s say you’re in your room you get the urge to fab you start doing some push-ups no like let me make this clear the whole point of this is not for me to try to get you to exercise the whole point of this is me is for me to get you outside of the place that you usually jack off so you’re not going to just start yeah I got the urge and I’m doing some push-ups no because you you’re going to stop the push-ups you’re going to sit down and start studying again the urge hasn’t gone away and you’re going to fat because no one watching you but when you’re outside there’s people there’s animals like like let me ask you this question when do you relapse do you relapse in the gym most likely not do you relapse when you’re walking outside most likely not do you relapse in school most likely not do you relapse in your own smelly room you’re not going to say no to this i know but you’re not going to say no of course you relapse in the place that no one’s watching you in the place that you used to relapse that you you’re going to delete social media you’re going to have a lot of free time so what you going to do instead you fill the free time with something productive fill it with productive things what you can do is first of all the basic things like read books okay go to the gym okay eat clean don’t use social as much okay like study whatever but then meditate start doing meditation start going on nature
