second phase the Super Saiyan phase because based on my experience this is the most exciting phase of noof fat this is the phase where you actually start experiencing all the benefits people hype up about no fat in the Super Saiyan phase you gain so much extra energy and everything starts clicking your confidence through the roof your anxiety practically gone your mental Clarity sharper than ever and let’s not forget you’ll probably start noticing more attraction from woman it’s almost like they can sense the new Vibe you’re giving off and this phase can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months to kick in depending on the individual you’ll know you’ve entered it when the benefits start to become undeniable when you’re walking taller speaking with more conviction and just feeling like a better version of yourself plus saying no to porn becomes way easier because by now you’ve probably built a solid foundation of sexual discipline that’s what makes this phase so powerful it’s literal proof I mean by mismanaging your energy well I mean that you got to find extra Outlets to use your energy on because if you don’t all the extra energy you’re feeling will honestly start eating you alive and the trickiest part there’s no easy to see gauge or meter telling you you’re messing up but trust me mismanaging your energy is a critical mistake and if you don’t channel that extra energy you have in this phase into something productive it’s going to backfire on you so if you think you can just hit this phase and chill at home doing the same routine you’ve always done you’re setting yourself up for failure because that extra energy you’re going to start feeling needs an outlet to be used on consistently personally when I hit this phase I threw myself into self-development I started going to the gym regularly I created a vision for my life and who I wanted to be man I even started practicing Shadow work to deal with my traumas but the point is I stayed busy and it made all the difference for me on the flip side though when I wasn’t using my energy properly I started to feel agitated depressed I started to feel Restless it felt like I needed to do something but didn’t know what and sometimes I’d even feel this weird full body version of blue balls yeah you heard me right and here’s the kicker what I felt like that my urges to watch porn or relapse got way stronger so from my experience if you’re not not actively managing your energy those urges will be much harder to fend off so what you need to realize is that going into this phase you need a plan bro you need to find the outlets you want to incorporate for this phase whether it’s Fitness Hobbies learning new skills or working on yourself just make sure you’re channeling that energy into something meaningful because if you don’t this phase will overwhelm you and you’ll be back at square one you don’t want to be back at square one so don’t let that happen make sure you take control and make sure to use over you still got two more phases to go so what you want to do here is to keep building on the habits and discipline that got you this far remember that complacency is the Trap that will turn your progress into relapse but if you stay focused focused you can avoid it and keep moving forward Phase 2 is a great phase to be in you should be proud of yourself for even just making it here most men
