it this far but then when I look back I’m like uh how did I allow this to be in my life so long I should have started this way earlier you know but um this time I made a few a sheet a few keyy notes that I want to hit on for this video just based on my experience and based on uh my own opinion I mean everybody has their own opinion but this is just how I feel about everything so far uh first and foremost I woke up today feeling great and uh I’m subscribed to a guy’s channel is Anthony deide and uh I watched his video right off the bat cuz the guy’s got some great knowledge about everything and he’s uh pretty truthful you know on his perception about all this so and first thing he said was right off the bat was that no fap is not going to change your life it’s it’s mere L and purely just a catalyst and I totally agree that’s uh one point that I want to hit on too because um I I definitely agree with that point it’s just a catalyst for your life it’s the same as if someone were to be a heavy smoker for a while and then they stop smoking and then all of a sudden they notice everything about their life is getting um better and they’re taking on more challenges or someone who’s maybe overweight and uh starts working out and stops eating so much and you know doing all that other stuff and uh once they start losing weight they start to notice change in their life so they use that as a catalyst I look at it as like um almost like a family tree type thing cat catalyst is up top and then uh all your other good habits that you start to build off of that uh slowly you know Branch off of that tree which is that Catalyst up top so it’s a it’s a good thing and um it’s it’s been working for me let me tell you man I’m just my whole life in this 14 days I can already tell was just doing a complete 180 um some changes I’ve noticed that I’ve been doing just uh my personal life is I started to work out a lot more I mean I’d always work out before but I uh I would um work out for maybe a week then stop then uh work out again after that I’d always be so inconsistent with it but ever since I started this I’ve been a lot more consistent with working out and uh I’ve been a lot more consistent with my efforts when I’m working out uh I’m waking up a lot earlier continuing to do that every day if I’m not waking up at 9:00 and working out before I go to work I’m uh working out as soon as I get home from work whether it’s 12:00 at night or whatever I’m still getting it in and then let’s see I’m eating a lot better because I’m working out so I’m more conscious and more aware of uh my habits my eating habits and I’m just reshing really all my focus and to just better things things that help better me as a person and as a man so that’s a lot um I’m smiling a lot more I do notice that uh throughout my day I just smile a lot more because I’m I’m not in my head so much and I’ve seen a lot of other guys put this too like they’re more present around in their everyday life more present of of their surroundings and that’s totally true because I find myself smiling a lot more and engaging a lot more and ation where usually I wouldn’t have the energy and it’s not because of no fap I don’t think it goes back to that just being a catalyst it just goes back to me um having more energy built off of the momentum of noof FAP and momentum in life I feel like it’s so important it’s just like if you’re a big Sports guy which I am you can take a lot from Sports than just uh a game Sports is about momentum you build that throughout the season and you carry that on and teams carry that on to Championship you understand so um yeah I’m smiling a lot more and I feel like I’m starting to look a lot healthier when I look in the mirror which is great because uh usually I would step out of the shower and then wake up in the morning have huge bags under my eyes not look not like the way I look but I’m starting to change that all and it’s uh it’s going to be a fun ride CU I can’t wait to see how it keeps going and also he said and a lot of other guys have said this too that they keep their room clean a lot more more man let me tell you my room is [ __ ] spotless when you’re not laying down in bed on your phone that whole time you start actively seeking out and subconsciously seeking out other things that you can just other bad habits that you can just uh find that you do and just [ __ ] destroy them you literally just actively seek them out like man throughout your day like what can I do right now to uh make my life a little bit better I can clean my room that’s one I can work out that’s another one I could maybe work some overtime at work that’s another one whatever it may be you may go to the gym and play a little extra basketball you may [ __ ] hit that girl up that you’ve always been wanting to hit up because um you just want to you have the energy to actually talk to her and hold a conversation but um all right let’s see what else here all those pretty much all those things that you what I’m saying is pretty much all those things that uh you put on the back burner in your life Derrick Rose will not play huh what a surprise but pretty much all those things that you put on the back burner in your life so far that you haven’t got done for [ __ ] months weeks you know um you just do you actively seek them out in here subconsciously you just [ __ ] want to destroy it all and get it all done um let’s see what else I’m just spending more time strengthening all of my good habits all of the good habits that I had even before noof fap I’m just spending more time strengthening I’m like I’m not new to uh personal development I’m new to no fat but I’m not really new to personal development that’s probably been going on in my life for a good uh two to three years so far and um so I went into this with a clear mindset open mind knowing what it would take to get through today 90 so I’m still on that journey and um we’ll see how that goes but I’m just strengthening all of my good habits just to make sure you know I’m consistent with it and um seeing results and getting results okay I’m happy happier throughout my day I find myself talking to myself a lot throughout the day actually like I’ll just be even when I’m just taking a break at work going to take a piss in the break room I’m just giving myself good selft talk throughout the day it’s kind of I don’t know if everybody does this but I always just say in my mind like damn I’m great you know I’m good look I got this my future is going to be great I always just find myself telling myself that a little a little bit more throughout my day and it’s great I mean it can’t help it can’t hurt anything right so so yeah that and um I’m just more self-aware about everything in my life right now I’m way more self-aware about things that needed to get done and in my and people that maybe have been trying to talk to me or get through to me on something and I haven’t even noticed because I don’t have energy or too groggy to [ __ ] try and you know talk it out with those those people but I’m starting to notice more and then the superpower thing too that Anthony decided to touch on I agree with them too they’re not really superpowers I I understand that they could be superpowers to certain people cuz they never had that before in their life but really it’s just I feel like it’s just that you notice the stuff a lot more because you’re not so caught up in your own head and you got momentum for once in your life or maybe for twice in your life you might not have had it for a while but now you got it back and you start to just notice these things a lot more and you’re like wow you know you start to partake in it but um yeah I would recommend like I always do in my videos if you haven’t started start it’s worth it you know you can just use it as a catalyst or if you don’t want to do no fap and you have another bad habit that’s as big just just as big you think just like smoking or like I said before eating just [ __ ] stop use that as a catalyst at the top of your tree and let other things Branch off of that and see where your life takes you but um yeah I got to go to work got to be there in 30 minutes again I always just do these videos right before I go in and um I’ll make another video next Wednesday this is my day I’m
