would be throw a book or a journal onto your bed i’m going to assume that this act of lust that you commit often stems from you laying in bed scrolling your phone so put a book or a journal on your bed so every time you go in your bed to scroll your phone you’re reminded of a beneficial habit you could be doing in your free time instead of doom scrolling your phone watching all this promiscuous
